New York, I'm comin' baby!!!!!!!

Friday, Olivia and I are leaving for N.Y. , I can't wait to see all my family again, we go up every year for vacation, well we go other places to but this is more of a family visit stuff....Not really sight seeing stuff. Anyway...rabbit trial..gosh, we usually all go up but Mom and Dad have two full time businesses, and they don't like N.Y in the summer, (really hot) . All of us are going up in the fall. Dad's got a LOT of work right now and it gets really slow in the winter, so he jumps on opportunity every chance he can. So me and Olivia are taking off the aprons and putting down the hammers, and gonna go have some fun in the sun. Don't worry we'll be back in 2 weeks..Maybe???? We might stay up for a month or two you never know........
The pool, go carts place, 4 wheelers, relaxing, spending time with my G.G,working on the farm, chasing chickens, driving tractors, eating whatever I want just because I'm on Vacation......what more could you ask for?

Liv's bringing her laptop, so I'll try to get on sometime......hee-hee

I'm gonna try to run everyday if I can.....just because I'm on vacation doesn't mean I can get fat!!!! Not gonna happen.(even though it probably will)

I have been training in our yard just running back and forth in the front and side yard.....well i know "real runners" use the road to run on, and not this soft grass. So I have been running on the road for 4 days. It's like training all over again, your feet get tired easier and you get out of breath faster and more cramps. So...now I'm only did 12 this morning...i was up to 16 last night, only because I took a break at 10 to see what I could do about cramps. and I read that you just have to run it out sometimes....so I tried that and it seemed to work.:( omg....it's sooooo hard..I just want to quit.
A friend of mine came over last night and she said she was really encouraged by me and she gonna try to start running.....I thought about that this morning when I was running, people are looking up to me to keep going....just like I look to Mrs. Robin for some stuff....
The number one reason I'm doing this is because I don't want it anymore...I want to healthy and feel good about myself. And I can defiantly tell a difference since I've been running. I have more energy now.... Well my but hugger jeans are fitting a little better and my shorts aren't so hard to move in anymore, I can't wait until I start dropping sizes. The main key is to drink lots of WATER! I drank some before I ran this morning and I could go 2 minutes longer then I did last night on the road.
And eat a lot eggs and fruit and vegetable's.
BLUEBERRIES! They're the best fruit you can eat, so make sure this summer you pick enough to keep in your freezer for the winter. We have bushes in the back yard and love just going out and picking some.....

I'm kinda in my depression mode. I've been doing all this work and haven't seen any sign of paying off. I really need my sister back for motivation.....wawawawawaw

Homemade "lean cuisine".......

First I've gotta say......I ran non-stop for 11 minutes and 20 seconds. Yeah! It may not seem much of an achievement but hey you get out there and see long you can take it. I have built up and I love feeling so good the next day and having more energy....I think everyone able to run, should. and then do some upper body after that.... Okay, I bought some "Lean Cuisine", okay so I pop this in the micro, and to my SURPRISE, they want me to eat that little bit of food......anyway. I'm like omg I can make that! So I found some chicken in the freeze, potatoes from our garden....yes! and some broccoli.... I thought it said chicken, oh well it tasted good when I did it for mom and dad. So I've got this little tray of food, I cook a big pot of this stuff..for future meals to put in the freeze. So I put it all together after I cook it, and put salad on the plates and scooped a serving and shouted "dinner time" . Needles to say, it was VERY healthy so dad gave it like a 4. Oh well, I probably put a year on his life span. *whatever* he'll thank me later.

and presto, doesn't that look gross. The broccoli, I cook to long. In my opinion it tasted just like the lean cuisine.

I ran for 10 minutes last night at about 9:00, barefoot of course. But I walked in and had the biggest smile on my face,sweating, I told dad i was sweating more than he was, when he was fighting a barn fire earlier that day...And...... I had to show everybody that my stop watch said 10:06....I was so proud of myself....maybe next week I'll be up to 15 or 20..ha ha...I might die by then.:( It's getting easier the more I do it....Everyday but Sunday.

june 17th 2009

Last night I ran for 8 minutes......barefoot! In the front yard...I came in dripping sweat and was reworded by a hot bath and NCIS by me.....hee hee
And one serving of popcorn, dad had the other half of the bag. Why do they do that, they should put ONE serving in one bag. Its very tempting to eat the whole thing.
Well anyway, yesterday at lunch I almost ate something very bad....bread (sandwich)....but instead..... I ate hot dog and meatballs which are PROTEIN..
Breakfast: Egg casserole, bacon.
Snack:Ice popS
Lunch: Hot dogs and meatballs.
Snack:Ice popS
dinner: Mashed potatoes and green beans With caramelized onions, and chicken.
Snack: popcorn, leftover dinner...:(
I plan on running tonight when it cools off. With Laura hopefully. She's just a twig, she encourages me to go as fast and as much as I can. I really appreciate that.

June 11th, 2009

Today, I was bad and had a lot of fattening food..:( Me and mom went shopping....that should explain it all. Taco Bell, Sonic slushes:( Killer!!!!! Sams pizza for Dinner too.
Anyway I did run though....6 min, thirty secs.
Hot shower.
life is good.

Runin' for my 5K.....

6 minutes.
5 cramps. 4 gallons of sweat.
3 hills.
2 achy feet.
1 determined woman.

Well it's not been easy to work on this running thing. Including that it's the last thing on earth I like to do. But some people have said that it gets addicting the longer you do it...Well I ain't feeling that yet.... The first mile is so hard.... It takes me six minutes to run around our little half mile block. I'll slowly work up to a whole lot longer...I have until October I think...???
I'll start recording the days of what I DO.
