Love is selfless...
We don't love people...if you get right down to it, we don't. We do things and don't say we don't; I do things that might HURT others so I (I in general) can look good. I will make you look like a complete dufus if it glorifies self .
We being GREAT BIG SINNERS think like this:
I'm not gonna serve you. People might see something unattractive if I get my look messed up. If I would truly love people like Jesus loves me.. holy crap! I WOULD be awesome!!!..You may say I'm not Jesus....but we got to try to love people as Christ did.
Christ ate and discipled with the lowliest of people. gUYS I wouldn't even acknowledge... HE broke bread with and saved our no -good souls. Good grief,this is big.
