Simply. Perfect. Enchiladas!

Prep Time: 1 Hour30 MinuteS

Ingredients

FOR THE SAUCE:
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
1 can (28 Ounce) Enchilada Or Red Sauce
2 cups Chicken Broth
½ teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro

FOR THE MEAT:
1-½ pound Ground Beef
1 whole Medium Onion, Finely Diced
2 cans (4 Ounce) Diced Green Chilies
½ teaspoons Salt

FOR THE TORTILLAS:
10 whole (to 14) Corn Tortillas
½ cups Canola Oil
_____
TO ASSEMBLE:
3 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ cups Chopped Black Olives
1 cup Chopped Green Onions
½ cups Chopped Cilantro

Preparation Instructions

Step #1 – The Sauce
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add oil and flour and whisk together to make a paste, cooking for one minute. Pour in the red sauce, chicken broth, cilantro, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30-45 minutes.

Step #2 – The Meat
Brown the meat with onions in a skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in 2 cans diced green chilies and seasoned salt. Set aside.

Step #3 – Tortillas
Heat canola oil in a small skillet over medium heat. One by one, using tongs, fry tortillas in oil until soft, not crisp – about 30 seconds per side. Remove to a paper—towel lined plate. Repeat until all tortillas have been fried.

Step #4 – Assembly
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour ½ cup red sauce in bottom of baking pan. Spread to even out. Dip each tortilla into red sauce, then remove to work surface. Spoon meat, a little grated cheese, a little black olives, and green onions in the center of tortilla. Roll up and place, seam down, in baking pan. Repeat until pan is filled. Pour extra red sauce over enchiladas. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle cilantro over enchiladas before serving.

I bought a Ab lounge Saturday...funny stuff..Me using it.

I've been pretty consistent with it and I didn't count the days I didn't workout. The only 1 I've actually stayed with.

I guess I only told a few this, but I almost died by running into a door at Walmart....heehee this is how it went down me and Samantha C were in Walmarty with Liv after voice , we were checking out right, and so me and sam got this idea to hide behind a coke machine cooler type thing as liv walked out without us...
( didn't work) see saw us...dang!!. So we ran to catch up, like the aliment of SUPRIsE, well the stinking doors started to close and I thought for sure the sensor would pick two ding bats running at it like raving lunatics but nooooooooooo.....so I REALIZE that it's not going to open, and it was to late to stop....mind you this all happened in about ten seconds. so it doesn't open, 2 seconds later...we were at the other side of that door....but not the way you would think... it went vertical instead of horizontal, and flew open....zooooooooooooommm. and we just kept runnin' "OLIVIA!!!! We broke the door and we just kept goin"'....
So there's a lesson in this....
don't look back you'll be turned into salt Samantha....just keep your eyes on Jesus....

Well..today's the 8th day of workouts and good food... eating clean they call it and I'm feeling great.
Church was good. nothing else to say about that.

The last three days has been really crazy..

Thursday was my first voice lEsSOn.a hour and 30 mins long...gah She said I was the best student..Cooleyooo. Now I'm having to do these ridiculous practices. Soooo embarrassing.

Anyway after that i made dinner and brought it down to Mandy and stayed 3 days. Saturday oi had the kids all day. Practically 8 kids; and them being really awesome and obedient helped:0)
Lily, lizzy, Molly Micheal, Heidi, Knox, Katie,Jack-jACK.

wOKE UP late this morning, so I-threw some clothes in dryer (nothings ever clean when you need it) did my hair and 5 minutes for everything else(make-up, dressed..ect) found my bible under stacks of books..i do read that:0)heehee

runnin 10 late we leave the house only to find....that we were casually on time... YES!

i didn't feel good the past few days- my throat hurt bad my nose has ran off:0) sinus pressure- headache, mainly from sinus issues..i feel a lot better now...skipped church this morning and watch like 6 episodes of Reba, heeehehehe that's unhealthy...puff 3 hours i think, NCIS was gone.

I love spending time alone and just to be able to think clearly without presser and no body to wait on or talk to....and that's not good..I SHOULD PUT OTHERS BEFORE MEEEE!!! I badly need time to myself sometimes though. But (most) times I love to spend time with you guys->.

Hmmmmmm...

I'm going through the pioneer woman cookbook and love it a bunch.... last week sometime I did the pico de gallo or whatever that is she calls it...(salsa to me)... and guacamoleeeeeee... which is the best in my opinion.;--0) The mac-n-cheese was really good and the meatloaf....Not saying that I did good on it,but that its a fantastic recipe...Yumo(!) in the words of Rachel Ray.

LIFE as they call that thing we live has been fun, sad, crazy, loving, complicated, happy and down right awesome most days...
I decided that my man must be a dancer he's gotta be able to hold his own on the dance floor...
but nothing like southern heritage junk, just like some of the slow modern and fun dances...

I Spent the whole day and night at my new "really good friends house" Helping her w/ four kids under six..wooooooo and no husband home to help. Lord love that woman...geezzz. there really great kids though, they mind so well for moving a lot and up routing there home every couple years ... because of the military transferring and stuff.
I'm really excited about my new friend Mandy.. I love her, the way I've always thought I would raise my kids is how she raises her's. Our personalities are a lot a like to.

It didn't seem that long we went to fabric shop and got a really cool pattern for my new quilt...I'll post some pictures in three years when I FINISH IT..:0) major brain power going on for it...
Oh speaking of brain power...I'm the teco in our family so I get the fun jobs like Phone stuff. So mom got another blackberry ..btw, SIM cards make me really crazy in the head...The girl at Walmart didn't know what she was doing so I had ta lend my skills..turns out the SIM card was in backwards..who would have thought..
Anyway we get it home and get that all working.....mixed up the SIM's and had to copy all the contacts on dad's phone and get to the new one...and all that goes with a new phone.....Over the week I have realized that I have A.D.D, for real.....can't focus :0)

Dyed my hair again..now it actually blond in front and not yellow mellow...
got some new clothes....
I'm might be getting my permit this next week..YES!!!

If we get close to God (in a spiritual sense) we can see Him work in Our lives, feel His presents when we need it so badly.

Literally blood sweat and tears I've poured into this. You should see me when I'm running, it's so flippin funny, I've got my mp3 on my arm, watch on my wrist, phone in hand or tucked away somewhere, Levi's ...sometimes I'll take him for a run. Pretty professional looking.lol
Last night, 20 mins. into my run it started pour-in down rain. So I came back and put my techno stuff in the truck out of the rain..Because obviously it doesn't do well in the rain. Some may think other wise but I didn't melt. (I'm not that witch-ish) .

For the god of the heavens is the only one who can make you strong and young again.

On the fifth day after his homecoming a beautiful woman comes to town, wishing to stay at this wonderful city.

Gilgamesh thought of how beautiful and different she looked.

She wasn’t like the harlots and prostitutes because after all they weren’t that pretty.

This was a pure beauty, one of innocence and dignity.

When a elephant in India is still young, his owner takes him from his mother and shackles him to a large tree--

Isn't this the same as parents that don't get refreshment from God's word every morning.

We tend to forget God when we don't need him. And this can affect your children.

A bad vine bears bad fruit.

Once you get to a certain age you can't blame it on mom and dad. It's your responsibility to

further your walk with God.

If you let things go in your life and they turn into bigger things you'll have to deal with.

One spot in a tomato ruins the whole thing.

We came home today and I'm not sure how Levi got the mail out of the car, mom must have dropped it...so funny. So I ran in, grabbed the camera, and he posed for me.

I find myself running faster every time I go run. I'm at a 11 or 12 minute run. 20 minutes.... about 2 miles. NOTHING to brag about yet. I hope to be at 30 minutes next week. 3 miles....yippee!

Today we went to like 100 Yard sale up in Gadsden, Alabama. I found soooo much STUFF! i spent about 40$, honestly I thought I would spend a lot more than that...I brought 80$ w/ me. Well there was a lot of things out of my budget....An amazing 4-wheeler for only 6,500$. Just a little out of my price range. I am so getting one when we move.

Tonight on the way home "Why don't you stay" by Sugarland came on.
As I listened to the words I've heard so many times, I REALIZE how godless our country has become...
.it talks about how the wife calls from home wanting her husband home that's at the girlfriends house, and she doesn't want him to live and he should just ditch her and live with me.

Ummmmmm the last time I check...that's just plain out SIN! It's really sad that little kids could be singing about adultery(or any age). Just like a ordinary song.

Hee, other then that My day went really well, cleaned the apartment foyers in Huntsville, went to Sam's and Sonic. But I did good and got diet stuff. I burned about a thousand calories going up and down the steps all day.

Did you know that eating 1 healthy meal is like going for a run. 18 minutes I'm finally up to what I wad BEFORE vacation....those stinkin' vacations.

The fun in learning is making it fun. Today was the soap making class, we had lots of fun. 3 of my favorite people taught. I didn't actually make soap. But I was the peanut gallery/the muscles/moral support. It was just fun to be there. Ana came over after the class and chilled with us. We watched Sleepless and Seattle, went swimming and talked .....a lot. Cooked supper, ate it. and Ana left:( wawaaWAwawawa (I hate it when guest leave).

I ate dinner about 30 mins. ago, so I'll run about 20 minutes hopefullyyyyyyy tonight with Liv (yeah) I'm so glad that she's running with me she went 6 mins. her very FIRST time, gosh, I did 2 mins I think the first time.
I think she has a lot of effort behind her punch. Literally it feels like your being punched. egh.
But don't think I not liking this. I LOVE IT! On the plus side, I have more energy, I feel REALLY GOOD. My hip hugger jeans are getting a tiny little bit looser. Nothing to speak of though.
I talk to much about the bad things about running. I have changed my diet a lot. I've always eaten healthy, but instead of a cheat sometimes(every other day) I don't cheat hardly at all. See almost every one in the run, you're just learning how to run. I'm burning fat and just about everything else. IF! I didn't have all this access from enjoying life a little too much.

I think that's what's wrong with most of Americans, they enjoy life a little too much, they need to suffer a little bit, a little uncomfortable. We don't have enough inconvenience.

Today was nice. Nothing on the books, nothing pressing to tend to. Just relaxing pretty much...I did do the bathroom,that reminds me I forgot the tub....umm should I do it? -or- should I not?. Tough!

Anyway, we decided that we needed some food and new clothes...hee hee you should see my closet and yell at me for buying more....I LOVE clothes though, think what you will. I wanted Chinese, we settled for Sam's hot dogs..i love those too.:) That's why I'm mildly FAT! Vacation took the worse of me, I like to consider it the best though because I enjoyed every second.
I'm kinda mad because I fried my .mp. last week...I so change my mind about liking mp's better, I getting a ipod next..and see how fast I burn that out. mp's must not be water(sweat) resistant, Josh thinks that's what it is. I see ipods on the runner's in my magazine so maybe those will do better. I gotta have my music....wawawawawa

Oh....today I got SO encouraged by the Boyd family, we were leaving the Crawford's this morning and they were running by with Smiles!!!! okay one thing about me....don't cross me when I'm running...I do not smile when sweat is dripping down my face and other places too.
So about 2 or so we ran to Trussville and had some stuff to get and ran by the thrift store and found some really cool Avia sneakers for 3$$$$$$$...So I was like flipping out in the middle of the store.....couldn't believe it though. I'm in love and don't care who knows it-buddy the elf of Elf

.......AND I found another running shirt...and to my surprise I can fit into a size smaller....well I shouldn't say"smaller' there's nothing small about a 12/14! Who cares.
I did a slightly bigger woman in Sam's and asked if anybody wanted my bread off my hot dog..:(

The Richard and Huie kids were in this play last week and the play was Saturday, we went and saw it....It was wonderful, I couldn't believe they did it in only 6 days, with 42 kids. Amazing acting skills...even the little animals....so precious.

The Declaration of Independence Research Paper

Fifty Six men from thirteen colonies got together on the 4th of July, to sign what would become one of the most sacred American documents. The Declaration of Independence, the paper that was sent to King George, the King of England, declaring our Independence from England. That signed paper was the first American document; it was what officially declared The United States of America, to be a country. The Declaration of independence was drafted by Thomas Jefferson in 1776, on June the 28th. It took him 18 days to write the document, one week before it was signed. This is one of the nation’s most cherished symbols of liberty and Jefferson’s best works.

Thomas Jefferson was born on April 13, 1743. He lived in Albemarle, Virginia, and was the oldest of eight children. His father died when he was fourteen years of age. Jefferson went to college at William and Mary College where he studied law. In 1769 he was elected as a member of the Virginia Legislature and made his mark of popularity. Jefferson married his love Martha Skelton in 1772.

Jefferson was elected as a delegate to represent Virginia in the Continental Congress of 1775 where he was so respected that the rest of Congress asked him to create an instrument. Not a stringed musical instrument, but a great historical document called an instrument; an instrument to remove the British government from American soil, and that he did. His declaration was an amazing draft that needed little correction. He went on to serve as President in 1801. Jefferson wrote the words for his gravestone, it reads: “Here is buried the author of the Declaration of Independence, the Statute of Virginia for religious freedom, and Father of the University of Virginia. He did not mention anything about his two terms as President.” - Great American Documents

The signature of John Hancock on the Declaration of Independence is the most easily recognized of all. No other signature is better known or more popular than that of John Hancock. Some say the reason for Hancock signing it bigger than the rest is because he wanted King George to see it across the ocean. - Famous saying

John Hancock was also the first signer because of his position as President of the Continental Congress in 1776. – Great American Documents

The youngest signer of the declaration of Independence was Edward Rutledge, who was twenty six years old. The oldest signer, Benjamin Franklin, was seventy years old. The Declaration of Independence was signed in Independence Hall in Philadelphia. This historical building still stands and is open to tourist.

In the late 1770’s, the British parliament passed a lot of laws that limited the freedom of the English colonist in America. In 1774, delegates from all the colonies formed a Continental Congress to send a list of complaints to King George III. The king ignored them. Two years later, in 1776, the second Congress met in Philadelphia at Independence Hall. They decided to create a new country and by doing this they would declare independence from Great Britain. They would no longer answer to the British, nor submit to their laws. They tried to submit to Great Britain, but it did not work. The Colonist’s last option was to separate and start a nation of their own.

The brave men of 1776 put their lives at risk by signing this document, every one of them knew when the British saw the Declaration that they would be furious and they would retaliate harshly. They knew British armies would flood their shores and many of them would die. They knew their families would be persecuted and some murdered, and their possessions would be destroyed. Signing such a powerful and demanding document was considered treason against England and the punishment was death by hanging. The Colonists knew unity was very important. Every man had to agree, had to be willing to put their lives and their families at stake.

There was much sacrifice, but they believed in their cause. The risked their lives for their freedom and for our freedom. The Declaration of Independence is the foundation for all of our other documents, such as the Constitution and the Bill of rights.

John Adams stated, “I am well aware of the toil and blood and treasure it will cost us to maintain this declaration, and support and defend these states. Yet through all the gloom I see the rays of ravishing light and glory. I can see that the end is worth all the means. This is our day of deliverance.

John Hancock stated: “Gentlemen, Although it is not possible to foresee the consequences of human actions, yet it is nevertheless a duty we owe ourselves and posterity in all our public councils to decide in the best manner we are able and to trust the event to That being who governs both causes and events, so as to bring about his own determinations.

Impressed with this sentiment, and at the same time fully convinced that our affairs will take a more favorable turn, the Congress have judged it necessary to dissolve all connection between Great Britain and the American Colonies, and to declare them free and Independence States as you will perceive by the enclosed Declaration, which I am directed to transmit to you.” – Thedeclarationofindependence.com

A favorite of many Americans: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And for that support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.” – The Declaration of Independence

The Declaration of Independence was intended to influence public opinion in America. Jefferson wrote about it later when he said,” Neither aiming at originality of principle or sentiments, nor yet copied from any particular and previous writing, it was intended to be an expression of the American mind.” King George of Great Britain didn’t like the “American mind.” He ignored their outcry, and soon came the revolutionary war in 1775, known as The War for American Independence.

What started the outcry of the American people were the British raising the taxes on things like sugar and imports of lead, paint, paper, and tea, and also a stamp tax on all legal documents and newspapers. The American people hated this. “No taxation without Representation” they shouted. This was a very famous line said before and during the War for Independence.- - Great American Documents

The higher tax resulted in the Boston Tea Party. The Americans were not going to take all these high taxes without representation anymore, so they threw the tea overboard the ship as a protest against the Parliament and high taxes.

The Declaration of Independence marks the birth of the United States of America, a republic born in the fight for independence. B.J Lossing put it this way:” Congress was assembled in Independence Hall, Philadelphia, when the Declaration was adopted, connected with that event, the following touching incident is related. On the morning of the day of its adoption, the venerable bell-man ascended to the steeple, and a little boy was placed at the door post, saying “They will never do it, they will never do it.” Suddenly s loud shout came up from below, and there stood the blue eyed boy clapping his hands and shouting, “Ring!!!! Ring!!!! Grasping the iron tongue of the bell, backward and forward he hurled it a hundred times. Proclaiming, “Liberty to the land and to the inhabitants thereof” -Constitutionfacts.com

Whittier wrote, “For in that hour of destiny, witch tried the men of bravest stock, He knew the end alone must be, a free land or a traitors block. Not for there hearths and homes alone, But for their world the work was done; on all the winds their thought has flown, through all the circuit of the sun.”

The sentence that best states the sentiments of the colonist: “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”- The Declaration of Independence

If it were not for the brave men that were willing to give their all, and the signed document, the Declaration of Independence, we would probably still be living under England’s control. Many of the signers and their families did give their lives and their fortunes because the believed in the words written in the Declaration of Independence; they believed in freedom.

Friday, Olivia and I are leaving for N.Y. , I can't wait to see all my family again, we go up every year for vacation, well we go other places to but this is more of a family visit stuff....Not really sight seeing stuff. Anyway...rabbit trial..gosh, we usually all go up but Mom and Dad have two full time businesses, and they don't like N.Y in the summer, (really hot) . All of us are going up in the fall. Dad's got a LOT of work right now and it gets really slow in the winter, so he jumps on opportunity every chance he can. So me and Olivia are taking off the aprons and putting down the hammers, and gonna go have some fun in the sun. Don't worry we'll be back in 2 weeks..Maybe???? We might stay up for a month or two you never know........
The pool, go carts place, 4 wheelers, relaxing, spending time with my G.G,working on the farm, chasing chickens, driving tractors, eating whatever I want just because I'm on Vacation......what more could you ask for?

I have been training in our yard just running back and forth in the front and side yard.....well i know "real runners" use the road to run on, and not this soft grass. So I have been running on the road for 4 days. It's like training all over again, your feet get tired easier and you get out of breath faster and more cramps. So...now I'm only did 12 this morning...i was up to 16 last night, only because I took a break at 10 to see what I could do about cramps. and I read that you just have to run it out sometimes....so I tried that and it seemed to work.:( omg....it's sooooo hard..I just want to quit.
A friend of mine came over last night and she said she was really encouraged by me and she gonna try to start running.....I thought about that this morning when I was running, people are looking up to me to keep going....just like I look to Mrs. Robin for some stuff....
The number one reason I'm doing this is because I don't want it anymore...I want to healthy and feel good about myself. And I can defiantly tell a difference since I've been running. I have more energy now.... Well my but hugger jeans are fitting a little better and my shorts aren't so hard to move in anymore, I can't wait until I start dropping sizes. The main key is to drink lots of WATER! I drank some before I ran this morning and I could go 2 minutes longer then I did last night on the road.
And eat a lot eggs and fruit and vegetable's.
BLUEBERRIES! They're the best fruit you can eat, so make sure this summer you pick enough to keep in your freezer for the winter. We have bushes in the back yard and love just going out and picking some.....

First I've gotta say......I ran non-stop for 11 minutes and 20 seconds. Yeah! It may not seem much of an achievement but hey you get out there and see long you can take it. I have built up and I love feeling so good the next day and having more energy....I think everyone able to run, should. and then do some upper body after that.... Okay, I bought some "Lean Cuisine", okay so I pop this in the micro, and to my SURPRISE, they want me to eat that little bit of food......anyway. I'm like omg I can make that! So I found some chicken in the freeze, potatoes from our garden....yes! and some broccoli.... I thought it said chicken, oh well it tasted good when I did it for mom and dad. So I've got this little tray of food, I cook a big pot of this stuff..for future meals to put in the freeze. So I put it all together after I cook it, and put salad on the plates and scooped a serving and shouted "dinner time" . Needles to say, it was VERY healthy so dad gave it like a 4. Oh well, I probably put a year on his life span. *whatever* he'll thank me later.

and presto, doesn't that look gross. The broccoli, I cook to long. In my opinion it tasted just like the lean cuisine.

7.00 dollars for this meal, and I put 1 meal for 4 servings in the freezer. And 3 separate for me.

I ran for 10 minutes last night at about 9:00, barefoot of course. But I walked in and had the biggest smile on my face,sweating, I told dad i was sweating more than he was, when he was fighting a barn fire earlier that day...And...... I had to show everybody that my stop watch said 10:06....I was so proud of myself....maybe next week I'll be up to 15 or 20..ha ha...I might die by then.:( It's getting easier the more I do it....Everyday but Sunday.

Last night I ran for 8 minutes......barefoot! In the front yard...I came in dripping sweat and was reworded by a hot bath and NCIS by me.....hee hee
And one serving of popcorn, dad had the other half of the bag. Why do they do that, they should put ONE serving in one bag. Its very tempting to eat the whole thing.
Well anyway, yesterday at lunch I almost ate something very bad....bread (sandwich)....but instead..... I ate hot dog and meatballs which are PROTEIN..
Breakfast: Egg casserole, bacon.
Snack:Ice popS
Lunch: Hot dogs and meatballs.
Snack:Ice popS
dinner: Mashed potatoes and green beans With caramelized onions, and chicken.
Snack: popcorn, leftover dinner...:(
I plan on running tonight when it cools off. With Laura hopefully. She's just a twig, she encourages me to go as fast and as much as I can. I really appreciate that.

Today, I was bad and had a lot of fattening food..:( Me and mom went shopping....that should explain it all. Taco Bell, Sonic slushes:( Killer!!!!! Sams pizza for Dinner too.
Anyway I did run though....6 min, thirty secs.

Well it's not been easy to work on this running thing. Including that it's the last thing on earth I like to do. But some people have said that it gets addicting the longer you do it...Well I ain't feeling that yet.... The first mile is so hard.... It takes me six minutes to run around our little half mile block. I'll slowly work up to a whole lot longer...I have until October I think...???
I'll start recording the days of what I DO.

Consider it all joy when you encounter various trials, know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Life is at times a bit overwhelming.

Especially in the hard times, the times when you are doing good just to survive. Oh, it’s easy to be joyful when everything is going your way, when you get a new outfit, or awesome hair day and your going shopping with your friends, of course, it’s it is easy to be joyful.

But what about those times, when God calls you to go through a valley or to do something you just don’t want to do. You, as a Christian are called to be joyful.

David rejoiced always, did that mean he didn’t feel sorrow or pain? No, of course not. Psalms 51 shows us that defiantly David suffered, and struggled, but he couldn’t stay in his sorrow, he came out rejoicing always.

A couple days ago, I miss out on going out with my friends, you don’t know how badly I wanted to go, but since my dad has his own business, and he needed me for that day, I had to go.

Now there’s two ways you can look at this, as an opportunity to show obedience, or complain until I get my way…which never really works…L Let me tell you, I was not happy!

You have two ask yourself what’s more important? Hanging out with friends or helping Dad? This is perfect timing to practice Joy!

So, I went to help my dad that day, with a smile on my face. And sometimes you just gotta fake it till ya make it.

Do you make it a point to practice joyfulness? Joyfulness vs. Self pity. Maintaining a GOOD ATTITUDE, even when faced with unpleasant conditions.

And whether our tomorrow’s be filled with good or ill, we will triumph through our sorrow and rise to bless you still. Joy is a battle of the will and a heart issue.

We are Christians, we are to be a joyful people.

Encourage joyfulness in your house by playing upbeat cheerful music.

Look for good in all things.

Smile for no reason other then the fact that you are a Christian, remain positive, never forgetting by whom we were made.

Where do I begin...... no to long..... I'll sum up.... we got our tree cut down 5' wide. Our dog for 11 years died :0( My cat (Ore) had kittens the same day. And my other cat (Toby) had kittens the next day. 1 week later one of my perfectly healthy cats died out of no apparent reason. The vet said that it wasn't the swine flu. That's good news. We're thinkin' a car hit it.:( So and then......on top of that.... I had a week vacation, and then a pack week of school..... And a play I'm getting ready for... piano......voice.......life......work.......sleep... where do I find the time. Well I've got some pictures of the new kittens and some other cool stuff. I doubt why you even look at my blog anymore!?!

Last night we had a special Valentine's eve meal, that my wonderful mother prepared for us. This is Gram and G.G. toasting.
